Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to myaidance. By accessing or using https://myaidance.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of the Service

myaidance is an AI dance generator. You provide a photo and a dance, either by naming it or by uploading a reference clip. The service generates a short MP4 that you download and post yourself. It does not publish the file to TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or YouTube for you.

New accounts receive 20 credits. No credit card is required to sign up. Additional credits and plans are optional. The Generate button shows the credit cost before a video starts, because the model, length, and resolution change the price. Commercial use is included on Plus, Pro, Boost, and Studio. Signup credits are for trying the service.

We may add or change features over time. Current limits are described on the website and the pricing page. Output quality is not guaranteed. Faces, hands, and feet can look wrong, especially on fast dances.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You agree to:

• Upload photos and reference videos you have the right to use.
• Use photos of adults you are allowed to depict, pets, or anime or illustrated characters.
• Not upload a photo of a child.
• Respect other people's intellectual property, likeness, and privacy.
• Not bypass credit limits, rate limits, or security controls.
• Not use the service for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or offensive content.
• Not interfere with the service or related systems.

User Accounts

• Registration: Generating a video requires an account. You agree to provide accurate information.
• Security: You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account.
• Credits: Signup credits and purchased credits follow the limits and expiry shown at signup or purchase. Unused credits may expire as stated on the pricing page.

Content and Intellectual Property

• Your content: You keep ownership of prompts, uploads, and outputs you create, subject to applicable law and third-party model terms. You grant us a limited license to process that content only to provide the service.
• Our rights: The myaidance website, software, branding, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors.
• AI outputs: A dance video may not be unique. Similar outputs may be produced for other users. Review the file before you post it. Commercial use depends on your plan. See the pricing page.

Pricing and Payments

• Paid credit packages are processed by Stripe.
• Purchases are generally final and non-refundable except where the law requires a refund.
• Prices and features may change with notice where notice is required. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or defamatory content, or sexual content involving minors.
• Upload a child's photo to be animated.
• Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or automated abuse.
• Misrepresent an affiliation with myaidance or with any person.
• Use outputs in a way that breaks advertising, copyright, or platform rules on the site where you post them.

Service Availability

Generation time, resolution, length, and plan limits may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a natural result for every photo and dance.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing an MP4 before you publish it or use it commercially.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, myaidance and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless myaidance and its affiliates from claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in courts or forums of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
